Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Coverage — United States Only

GameForge ships gaming peripherals exclusively to addresses within the 50 United States. We do not ship internationally or to U.S. territories outside the continental United States (excluding APO/FPO/DPO addresses — see Section 3). All orders are shipped from our fulfillment centers located within the United States.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders for in-stock gaming peripherals (keyboards, mousepads, RGB lighting, controller grips, audio accessories) are processed within 1-2 business days after payment verification. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays are processed the next business day.

  • Standard in-stock items: Processed within 1-2 business days
  • Custom or personalized keycap sets: May require 3-5 business days processing
  • Pre-order items: Shipped on or after the release date listed on the product page
  • Backordered items: Shipped as soon as inventory is replenished; you will be notified via email

3. APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses

We proudly ship to APO, FPO, and DPO military addresses for U.S. service members stationed abroad. Orders shipped to military addresses are sent via USPS Priority Mail and typically take 7-21 business days for delivery, depending on the destination. All APO/FPO/DPO orders must comply with USPS military mail restrictions.

  • Maximum package weight: 70 lbs
  • Maximum package length: 108 inches combined length and girth
  • Restricted items (e.g., lithium batteries in RGB lighting kits) may have additional shipping limitations
  • Customs forms are required for all APO/FPO/DPO shipments

4. PO Box Shipping

We ship to PO Box addresses via USPS only. Large gaming peripheral orders (e.g., oversized desk pads, keyboard kits, or headset stand bundles) that exceed USPS size restrictions may require a physical street address. If your order cannot be shipped to a PO Box, we will contact you to provide an alternative shipping address.

  • USPS Priority Mail: Delivered to PO Box, 3-7 business days
  • USPS Priority Mail Express: Delivered to PO Box, 1-2 business days
  • Oversized items (deskpads larger than 36", large keyboard kits) require a physical address

5. Hawaii and Alaska Surcharges

Orders shipped to Hawaii and Alaska incur additional shipping surcharges due to increased carrier rates and transit times. These surcharges are calculated at checkout and displayed before you confirm your order.

  • Hawaii/Alaska Standard Shipping: Base rate + $15.00 surcharge, 5-10 business days
  • Hawaii/Alaska Expedited Shipping: Base rate + $20.00 surcharge, 3-5 business days
  • Overnight shipping: Not available for Hawaii and Alaska
  • Free shipping threshold does not apply to Hawaii and Alaska orders; standard rates and surcharges apply

6. Shipping Methods and Rates

We offer the following shipping methods for gaming peripheral orders within the continental United States:

  • Standard Shipping: $7.95 — 3-7 business days. Free on orders over $75
  • Expedited Shipping: $19.95 — 2-3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: $34.95 — 1 business day (order by 12:00 PM ET, Mon-Fri)

Shipping rates are calculated based on package weight, dimensions, and destination. Oversized items such as XL deskpads and large RGB lighting kits may incur additional handling fees.

7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Because we ship exclusively within the United States, no international customs duties or import taxes apply to orders shipped to the 50 states. For APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, the destination country may impose customs duties or restrictions. The recipient is responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the host country for military mail.

Applicable state and local sales tax is collected at checkout based on the shipping address. Tax rates vary by state and locality.

8. Delivery Estimates and Delays

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and are based on carrier-provided transit times. GameForgeis not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Carrier delays (USPS, UPS, FedEx operational disruptions)
  • Weather events, natural disasters, or acts of God
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer
  • Failed delivery attempts or packages held at carrier facilities
  • Holiday season volume (November-December may add 2-5 business days)
  • Supply chain disruptions affecting gaming peripheral inventory

If your order is significantly delayed (more than 10 business days beyond the estimated delivery date), please contact us at support@ulcorexwebllc.com and we will initiate a carrier investigation.

9. Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages

If your tracking information shows “Delivered” but you have not received your gaming peripheral order, please take the following steps:

  • Check around your property, with neighbors, and with building management
  • Wait 24 hours — carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered before actual delivery
  • Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number to file a claim
  • Report the missing package to GameForge within 7 days of the marked delivery date

For packages valued over $500 (e.g., premium mechanical keyboard kits, high-end streaming microphone bundles), we require a signature on delivery. GameForge is not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery to the address provided at checkout.

10. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also view tracking information in your GameForge account under Order History. Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to appear after shipment.

11. Address Changes and Order Modifications

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately atsupport@ulcorexwebllc.com or +1 (347) 709-3454. Address changes are only possible before the order has been processed and shipped. Once an order enters the fulfillment process, no changes can be made.
